Who is responsible

DOT AI LLC is responsible for the information submitted through the OWI SMART website contact form.

This form collects your name, company, email, optional phone number, chosen solution and plan, message and contact consent, so the OWI SMART team can evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

How your information is used

Your inquiry is stored in the website’s database, hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare. A notification is sent to the OWI SMART team through Resend, our transactional email provider. Submitting this form does not create a marketing subscription.

Optional advertising measurement

If you allow measurement in Cookie preferences, we load Google Ads to measure advertising performance using cookies and technical browsing data. We do not send your contact form fields to Google, enable enhanced conversions or personalized ads. The Google tag stays blocked until you give permission. You can reject or change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences; your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Rejecting does not affect submitting an inquiry. Retention period

DOT AI LLC has set a retention period of 30 days from submission for contact inquiries. Deletion is managed through an operational review of website records and email copies; the website does not automatically delete them.

Contact and requests

To ask about, correct or request deletion of the information you provided, use the contact form and include your inquiry reference if available. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.
